Candela Pickleball Refund Policy

At Candela Pickleball, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds

1. Eligibility:
   - To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
   - Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Process:
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at candelapickleball@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
   - Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

3. Shipping:
   - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   - If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Inspection:
   - Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   - If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility:
   - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at candelapickleball@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Exceptions:
   - Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, gift cards, and downloadable software products cannot be returned.
